George’s Bar is part of the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, a masterpiece of the Victorian gothic style. David Collins Studio worked with restaurateur Marcus Wareing to refresh the bar’s existing interiors, with a custom teal Verbier leather from Whistler Leather used for the banquettes.
